The Athletes are guided by TRM Coaches, Certified Athletic Trainers and international Endurance Trail Running athletes, who teach to each athlete how to optimise all the aspects necessary to excel in trail running competitions such as: uphill and downhill running technique, micro-sleeps, nutrition, choice of the mountain best gear, race strategy, use of technology, etc.
